What is a Joey?
A Joey is a fabric pouch designed to hold a silicone prosthetic for trans men and people who pack. It is a unique design that allows you to choose your own underwear and pin the Joey to it.
After experimenting for a few year cutting holes into socks, Ro knew the
re had to be a better system that was more comfortable than harnesses and jock straps and cheaper than specialty underwear. Together, Ro and Kalyn designed a simple prototype that is now the Classic Joey. Joeys now come in a range of sizes and styles, including hole and no hole designs. STPs can be used in the custom STP Joey, but otherwise Joeys are meant for everyday packing. They are not designed for pack and play.
How do I use my Joey?
It’s easy, but it might take a little practice until you get the hang of it!

Turn the pouch inside out.

Insert your packer so that it fits comfortably at the bottom and most of it hangs out of the hole

Turn it back out

Pin the Joey onto any briefs, boxers, swim suit, etc. with the solid panel facing your skin

The pin should be attached to the bottom edge of the waistband of your briefs.
What can I expect?
Joeys are packaged in a discrete envelope with no logos, and the name we use on the envelope will be whatever you include in your shipping info (not billing).
The customs claim form will say the contents include a "Clothing/Accessory" (we have to describe what's in the package to get it across the border).

Payment
You can pay using Paypal and or Shopify Payments. Shopify accepts Visa, Mastercard, and American Express debit and credit cards but cannot accept Prepaid gift cards.
Returns and Refunds
Because of the personal nature of Joeys, we cannot accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of a manufacturing flaw. Joeys are individually inspected before they are mailed out.
If there is something wrong with your Joey, please send a photo showing the issue, as well as your name and order number to us and we will work with you to resolve the issue.
I can’t afford a Joey. Can I get a free one?
We recognize that lots of people are struggling financially and we want to be a generous company. Please apply to our Pay it Forward program if you want to get on a waiting list for a free Joey, and please keep your eye out for giveaways on our Instagram page.
I haven’t got my Joey yet! What should I do?
Please look at your order confirmation. Is your address complete and correct? If so, your Joey should get to you within 15-25 business days depending on your region. If you need to add more information to your shipping, or change your shipping address, we can send out another package, but you will need to pay shipping again. We are happy to refund the price of the Joey if your envelope is returned in the mail to us as undeliverable, but we cannot refund the shipping.
We cannot be held responsible for anything that is confiscated by customs. We also are not responsible for any taxes, tariffs or duties that are levied.
Please remember that once your order has been shipped to you it is now the responsibility of the postal service. All orders are placed at the recipient's risk. We are not responsible for undelivered packages, missing packages, if you do not receive it or if it is confiscated.
If your order includes tracking information, your order may be marked as delivered a few days before it actually arrives to you. This might be due to the system automatically marking the item as delivered as soon as it arrives at your cities postal service. Wait a day or two and the package will typically show up.
